Samsung Smart TVs commonly use Tizen, while LG televisions commonly use webOS. App availability changes by model, region, and software version, so first check the TV information screen and application store.

A player available on one model may not appear on another. Contact support with the brand, model number, and country store when you need an exact recommendation.

Download a compatible player from the official TV app store. Some Smart TV players require device registration or display a device ID that must be linked to your access details.

Follow the player instructions carefully and keep a photo of the device ID or activation screen. Never post usernames, passwords, or playlist addresses publicly.
